What to expect

A Unique Approach to Personal Training

Every client begins with a consultation to establish goals and baselines. We use the Vitality Blueprint to create a personalised plan, integrating physical training, nutrition, and mental resilience techniques. As you progress, we adapt and refine your program, ensuring sustainable results and ongoing support from your coach and wellness team.

Step 1

Initial Consultation

Our first point of contact. This is where we will discuss your goals and how I can help you achieve them and start the coaching process by setting some measurable and acheivable goals.

Step 2

Full Lifestyle Audit & Movement Screen

After our initial consultation we will spend a time either in person or over the phone going into much more detail about your exercise history, preferences and ideal training schedule.

After this we will measure body composition and perform a movement screen to gain a better perspective of how you move so I can design a training programme that starts exactly  where you need it to be.

Step 3

Monthly Coaching Consultation Calls

This is where we get clear and discuss your goals and commitments for the upcoming months. In my experience, this conversation is best done away from the gym floor as we can get deeper and set realistic plans to get you to your goal.  This helps clients remove distractions and gain clarity on the actions needed to move them forward.

Step 4

Access My Training App & Education Hub

Theres nothing worse than being bombarded with technical information regarding training and nutrition.

This is where i will prescribe resources to watch or read to help you with where you are right now. The more knowledge you can gain around your own process, the greater the likelihood of autonomy and keeping results long after working with me.
